2. Description of Service
Padel Mixer is a mobile application that helps users organize and participate in padel mixer events. Key features include:
- Creating and joining padel events
- Managing player rosters and waitlists
- Tracking match scores and tournament results
- In-app messaging within events
- AI-powered padel coaching assistance
3. User Accounts
To use Padel Mixer, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. User Conduct
When using Padel Mixer, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
5. AI Padel Coach Terms
The AI Padel Coach feature provides automated coaching advice powered by artificial intelligence. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree:
5.1 Nature of AI Advice
- The AI Coach provides general padel coaching information and suggestions only
- AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation
- The AI Coach is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice
5.2 Limitations and Disclaimers
- No professional relationship: Using the AI Coach does not create a coach-player or professional relationship
- No medical advice: The AI Coach does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Consult a healthcare professional for injury concerns
- No guarantee of results: Following AI suggestions does not guarantee improvement in your padel skills
- Topic restrictions: The AI Coach is programmed to only discuss padel-related topics and will decline off-topic requests
5.3 Data Processing
- Your conversations with the AI Coach are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI)
- Your player profile data (skill level, match history) is used to personalize coaching advice
- You can delete your conversation history at any time
5.4 Acceptable Use
When using the AI Coach, you agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
- Use the AI Coach for purposes other than padel coaching
- Submit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Rely solely on AI advice for health or safety decisions
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create (messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
The Padel Mixer app, including its design, features, and AI systems, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Reporting and Blocking
You can report users who violate these terms or behave inappropriately. We reserve the right to investigate reports and take action, including suspending or terminating accounts.
8. Event Participation
When participating in padel events organized through the app:
- You are responsible for your own safety and well-being
- You participate at your own risk
- We are not responsible for injuries, disputes, or issues arising from events
- Event organizers are responsible for their event management
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the service
- Any AI-generated advice or recommendations
- Events organized through the platform
- Actions of other users
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Padel Mixer at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
