Padel Mixer is a mobile app designed specifically for organizing padel mixer events. Instead of juggling WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and endless back-and-forth messages, Padel Mixer gives you one place to create events, manage rosters, coordinate with players, and track scores. Think of it as your personal padel event organizer in your pocket.

Yes, Padel Mixer is completely free for all players. You can create events, join events, chat with players, and track scores without paying anything. We believe everyone should have access to great tools for organizing their padel sessions.

You can sign up in seconds using your phone number (via a one-time verification code), Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. There's no lengthy registration form — just verify your identity and set up your player profile with your name and skill level, and you're ready to play.

Tap the “+” button on the home screen to create a new event. Give it a name, pick a date and time, search for a court location, set the maximum number of players, and choose whether it's public or private. That's it — your event is live and ready for players to join. You can also duplicate past events to save time when setting up recurring sessions.

Private events are only visible to players you invite directly. They're perfect for your regular group. Public events can be discovered by any player searching for events in your area, which is great when you need extra players or want to meet new people. Both types require the event creator to approve players who want to join, so you always have full control over who plays.

When an event reaches its maximum number of players, additional players are automatically placed on a waitlist. If someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted to the active roster and gets a push notification letting them know they're in. It all happens seamlessly without the event creator needing to manage it manually.

There are several ways to invite players. You can share a join link directly via any messaging app, invite contacts you've already added in the app, or let players scan a QR code. Each player gets a unique 6-character player code that makes it easy to find and add each other as contacts within the app.

During a mixer event, the host can set up multiple rounds of matches. Players submit their match scores after each game, and the app automatically calculates a live leaderboard showing wins, losses, and overall standings. At the end of the event, winners are crowned and players can even upload a winner photo to celebrate. It keeps the competitive spirit alive while the app handles all the maths.

Absolutely. Every event has a built-in group chat where all players can coordinate. You can send public messages to everyone or private messages to individual players. Event hosts also have access to Quick Messages — pre-written messages like “We need more players!” or “Please arrive 10 minutes early” that can be sent with a single tap. All messages from the event host are clearly marked with a “Host” badge so players always know when the organizer is speaking.

You'll receive push notifications for the things that matter: when someone joins or leaves your event, new chat messages, score submissions, waitlist promotions, and a reminder one hour before your event starts. You can opt in or out of notifications at any time through your device settings.

Padel Mixer includes a built-in AI coaching assistant that can help you improve your game. Ask it for tips on technique, strategy, positioning, or training drills — it's like having a knowledgeable padel coach available 24/7. Your conversation history is saved so you can pick up where you left off at any time.

During onboarding, you'll answer a short questionnaire about your padel experience and playing style. Our AI analyses your answers and suggests a skill level for your profile. This helps event organizers understand the mix of players joining their events. You can always adjust your skill level manually if you feel the suggestion doesn't match.

Yes. The Discover section lets you browse public events happening near your location. You can search by area and find sessions to join, making it easy to play even when your regular group isn't available. Simply request to join and the event host will approve you.

Every player gets a unique 6-character player code when they sign up. You can share this code with others so they can add you as a contact, or you can scan each other's QR codes directly within the app. Once connected, you can easily invite each other to future events. It's a fast, hassle-free way to build your padel network.

You can leave an event at any time with a single tap. If there are players on the waitlist, the next person in line will be automatically promoted to fill your spot and notified immediately. This keeps the roster full and the event running smoothly without the host having to chase replacements.

Player safety is a top priority. All chat messages go through content moderation, and photos uploaded to the app (like winner photos) are screened by AI for inappropriate content. You can report any player or message directly from the app, and you can block users so you'll never see their content again. Our moderation team reviews all reports to keep the community welcoming and respectful.

We take your privacy seriously. Padel Mixer is fully GDPR-compliant. You have the right to export all your personal data at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data whenever you choose. Padel Mixer is currently available in six languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Swedish. The app automatically detects your device language and switches accordingly, or you can manually change the language in your settings.

Padel Mixer is available on iOS and Android devices. You can download it now from the Apple App Store. Google Play availability is coming soon.
